Default Royal Purple ATF or....

I dont have much experience in the area so I was hoping I could get some help.
Im looking at changing my 2.0T AT trans fluid, from what I can see I have 2 options.
1. Royal purple ATF.
2. Redline D4 ATF (I think)

Im leading towards using R.P. I have heard of a few ppl in the stats using it but looking for advice. ???

Ive never used anything Royal Purple, but I have heard good things about their stuff. Mind you Redline makes good stuff too. I'd say it would be personal prefference.

Just a warning, Royal Purple is black out of the bottle. Ive used it before, made it a little harder to tell how dirty the oil was. But since you'll be putting it into the transmission, that wont really matter.

^^Agreed Personal choice, Ive never used the RP ATF, but have used Redline many times on other cars and it helped get rid of slight issues on my cobalt with notchiness.
