Default K&N DropIn Filter Review

I purchased a K&N DropIn Filter from JB Powercenter by West Ed Mall for $52, as it's a replacement filter I easily removed the old filter and popped in the K&N within minutes. After turning the car over even at idle I could hear a difference, and at WOT the car is much more throaty plus there is a more obvious turbo sound. There seems (butt dyno) to be more power and the RPM's raise and lower a lot smoother.

I have still yet to remove the intake silencer, but for just replacing the filter the car feels and sounds more alive for only $52 part. I couldnt be happier from such a quick and effortless modification, I have still yet to see if the car will learn that more air is flowing and adjust itself (but thats as easy as a battery disconnect to fix, till I have a tune).
